6 Eggs
1 Cup Sugar
4 Tbsp. Cornstarch
1/4 Stick Oleo
1 Tbsp. Vanilla
1 1/2 Quart Milk
1 Box Vanilla Wafers
6 Bananas


Topping
5 Egg Whites
4 Tbsp. Sugar
1 Tbsp. Vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Separate 5 eggs. Put the whites aside. Use the 5 egg yolks and add another whole egg and beat mixture until fluffy. Add vanilla, cornstarch, milk, and sugar and beat till all is dissolved. Put mixture in a 3 qt pot and add oleo. Cook over medium heat stirring constantly until thick. In a large dish put wafers and sliced banana in alternating layers........pour hot pudding over layers.
Beat the egg whites until thick. Add sugar and vanilla.
Beat until they peak. Pour over the pudding and bake at 375 until this browns. Cool before serving.
