Directions:
Mix together dry ingredients. Lightly grease or oil baking dish. Put a layer of the sliced potatoes into dish then a layer of the creamer mixture. Repeat until all is used ending with creamer mixture. Dot with some butter. Cover with boiling water. Bake covered in preheated 375 oven for about 35 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Uncover and top with shredded cheese, if desired. Let set for several minutes before serving, as they will be very soupy when first taken out of the oven.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
I have always had a hard time making scalloped potatoes until a friend gave me her recipe which she always made when we got together for a cook out. These are so creamy, it's hard to believe I can finally make some scalloped potatoes that are so good, especially when they are Paul's favorite dish. Enjoy
