1 Egg White 1# Walnut or Pecan Halves 1/2 cup sugar 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Preheat oven to 225º. Beat the egg whites with 1 tbsp of water, and dip the nuts into it. Roll them in the mixed sugar, salt and cinnamon. Spread on a cookie sheet and bake one hour, stirring every 15 minutes...Let cool and store in fridge.
