1/2 cup water,
1 1/2 lbs. small whole carrots
3 tbsp butter or margarine
2 tbsp honey

Directions:
Directions:
In medium saucepan, bring water to a boil. Add carrots. Cover and cook over medium heat for 8-12 minutes or until carrots are tender; drain. In a large skillet, melt margarine and stir in honey. Add carrots and cover and cook over low heat stirring constantly until carrots are well glazed.
