1 pkg (3 oz) lime jello
1 cup hot water
1/2 cup salad dressing
2 tbsp minced onion
3 tbsp finely cut carrots
3 tbsp finely cut green peppers
3 tbsp finely cut cucumbers
1 c small curd cottage cheese
1 c unsweetened whipped cream

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve jello in water. Let cool until slightly jelled. Add remaining ingredients. Pour into ring mold. Chill several hours before serving.
