2 1/2 c pineapple tidbits
3 egg yolks
2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp butter
dash of salt
2 c peeled grapes
2 c mandarin oranges
2 c miniature marshmallows
1 c whipping cream

Directions:
Directions:
Drain all fruits well, reserving 2 tbsp pineapple juice. In a double boiler, beat egg yolks slightly. Add pineapple juice, sugar, vinegar, butter, and salt. Cook, stirring constantly until it thickens slightly and barely coats spoon. Cool to room temperature. Combine fruits and marshmallows. Pour custard mix over fruit and marshmallows. Whip cream and gently fold together. Cover and chill before serving.
