2 Packages (10 oz. each) Chopped Broccoli, Thawed
1 Can (10-3/4 oz.) Condensed Cream of Potato Soup
1 1/4 Cups Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese, Divided
1/4 Cup Onions, Minced
1 tsp. Hot Pepper Sauce
1 Cup Crushed Saltine Crackers or Potato Chips

Directions:
Directions:
Lightly grease slow cooker. Combine broccoli, soup, 1 cup cheese, onions and pepper sauce in slow cooker; mix throughly.
Cover; cook on LOW 5 to 6 hours or on HIGH 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
Sprinkle crackers and remaining 1/2 cup cheese over brocolli mixture. Cook, uncovered, on LOW 30 to 60 minutes or until cheese melts.
For a crispy topping. transfer casserole to a baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and cracker. Bake 10 to 15 minutes in preheated 400 oven.
