1 package (6-8) boneless pork chops, medium thick
1 cup soy sauce
1 16 ounce can crushed pineapple, undrained
1 cup brown sugar
1 bunch green onions, chopped
2 teaspoons ginger
2 Tablespoons garlic, minced

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375

Combine in medium bowl soy sauce, ginger, minced garlic and green onions. Pour into 9 x 13 baking dish. Place pork chops into dish and coat well with sauce. Bake for 30 minutes (test to make sure they are cooked through). In medium bowl, combine brown sugar and crushed pineapple. Pour over pork chops and cook and additional 30 minutes.
