1 Cup sugar
1/2 cup butter
1 8 ounce container sour cream
2 eggs
1 Teaspoon vanilla extract
1 Teaspoon baking soda
2 Cups four
1 1/2 Teaspoon baking powder
1/2 cup sugar
2 Tablespoons cinnamon
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350
Spray 11x7x1 1/2" baking pan with cooking spray
In large mixing bowl, beat 1 cup sugar and butter on medium speed until fluffy. Beat in sour cream, eggs and vanilla until smooth. In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder and baking soda. Stir flour mixture into egg mixture until thoroughly combined. In small bowl, stir together 1/2 cup sugar with cinnamon. Spread 1/2 of the batter into prepared pan. Sprinkle with half of cinnamon and sugar mixture and 1/2 of the chocolate chips. Repeat layers. Bake about 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool on wire rack.
