Ingredients:

1 (28 ounce) can whole peeled tomatoes with juice
1 medium onion, diced
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, to taste
1/2 teaspoon chili powder, to taste
1/2 teaspoon cumin, to taste
1/2 cup jalapeņos, drained
1 teaspoon dried cilantro or 1/4 cup fresh
salt

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a sauce pan an simmer over medium/medium low heat approximately 10 minutes or until onions are cooked.
Remove from heat and let cool for a few minutes
Pour into blender and pulse on chop or grind until desired consistency.
Refrigerate up to 3 weeks unless you are canning.
