1 c mayonnaise
1 c sour cream
1 pkg (10 oz) frozen spinach (chopped and thawed)
1 can (5 oz) water chestnuts, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
Garlic salt to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Rinse spinach. Drain. Combine with remaining ingredients. Mix and refrigerate. Serve with crackers, rye bread, or carrots.
