2 lb (32 0z) Jimmy Dean Sausage, uncooked
1 1/2 c all-purpose baking/biscuit mix
4 c shredded cheese
1/2 c finely chopped onion
1/2 c finely chopped celery
1/2 tsp garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375. Mix all ingredients and form into 1" balls. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet for 15 minutes, until golden brown. Can be frozen uncooked.
