1/2 quart vanilla ice cream
2 1/2 cups corn flakes, crushed
1 tablespoon butter
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Make 8 vanilla ice cream balls and freeze on wax paper lined cookie sheet for about 1 hour.
Mix remaining ingredients and spread on cookie sheet and bake at 350 until crisp and golden.
Let cool
Roll ice cream balls in the cooled mixture, and refreeze for 2 hours.
Serve with honey drizzled over each.
