1 1/2 lbs stew meat, unbrowned
1 c celery
2 c carrots
1 small onion (optional)
1 tbsp salt
3 tbsp tapioca
1 tsp sugar
1 1/2 c tomato juice
2 to 3 c potatoes

Directions:
Directions:
In 5 qt stockpot, combine all ingredients except potatoes. Bake at 275 for 3 hours. Add potatoes.
Bake 2 hours more.
