2 cloves garlic, Minced
Olive oil
1 can tomato paste
3 cans water (use empty tomato paste can)
Salt
Freshly Ground Pepper
1 15-oz can of white kidney beans
lb medium shells
Parmesan Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium heavy sauce pan, brown garlic in olive oil over medium heat. Add tomato paste, water, salt and pepper. Stir until ingredients are well-blended. Simmer on low without a cover for a half an hour. Add white kidney beans with liquid and simmer for another 15 minutes. Serve over medium-sized shells. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese
