1 large avocado, pitted and peeled
3 Tbsp. Mayonnaise
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 lb. cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 cup sour cream
Taco chips

Directions:
Directions:
Mash avocado with a fork or pastry blender. Add mayo, garlic, salt and lemon juice. Spread guacamole on a flat serving dish. Spread sour cream over guacamole. Grate cheese and sprinkle over the top. Arrange taco chips around dip and serve.
