1 bag of leafy lettuce or spinach
About 10 strawberries
1/3 cup feta or goat cheese crumbles
1/4 cup slivered almonds
Poppyseed dressing (I use either Brianna's or Marzetti's Poppyseed Dressing)

Directions:
Directions:
Put lettuce/spinach in bowl. Slice strawberries and add to lettuce. Sprinkle on the cheese. Brown almonds on low heat (250 degrees) for approximately 5 minutes. Watch closely because they burn easily. Add almonds to the salad. Add as much dressing as you like!
