2 Egg Whites
Dash salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2/3 cup granulated sugar
1- 31/2 ounce can (1 1/3 cup) flaked coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg whites with dash of salt and the vanilla until soft peaks form. Gradually add sugar; beating until stiff peaks form. Fold in flaked coconut. Drop batter by rounded teaspoons onto greased cookie sheet. Bake in a slow oven (325) for about 20 minutes.
