Lots of onions, sliced and separated into rings.

1 can cream of mushroom soup

1 can cheddar cheese soup

Directions:
Directions:
Fill a 4 qt casserole dish with onion rings. Get ready for a good cry. Mix mushroom and cheddar cheese soups. Pour over top of onions. Do not stir in! Bake at 325 for 2 - 2 1/2 hours, or until cooked down.

I got this recipe from an old friend years ago, and it's become one of our favorites. Goes great with beef or pork, and leftovers are good heated and served over toast.
