2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 c. white corn syrup (light)
1/2 c. butter
2 c. cream (1/2 and 1/2)
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Heat butter and cream. Boil sugar and syrup to 245. Add butter and cream gradually; cook rapidly to 242. Remove from heat. Add flavoring and nuts. Pour into buttered pan (4 qt. saucepan suggested).
