1 tbsp. yeast
1/2 c. warm water
1 tsp. honey
1 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in 1/2 c, warm water. Add 1 tsp hoey and 1 tsp slt. Add 1 1/3 c. flour and tsp. salt. Add 1 1/3 c. flour. Knead. Brush with beaten egg. Sprinkle with salt. Bake 10 min. at 425. Use coarse salt if available.
