4 boneless chicken breast seasoned to your liking (salt, pepper, garlic, etc.)
1 large jar of picante salsa
1 bag of shredded Mexican cheese
2 heaping tablespoons of butter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400F.

Use a glass dish and spread butter at bottom of dish and then put boneless chicken on top of butter in the dish. Cover with foil and put in oven to bake for 50 minutes.

Once you have determined that the chicken is done, pull out of oven and pour the jar of salsa over chicken. Then, put a layer of shredded cheese on top.

Put back in the oven uncovered and bake again for 5 to 10 minutes.
