1 stick margarine
1 block of velvetta cheese (2 lbs)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 large onion
1 pack green onions
1/2 tsp. of garlic chopped
3 cups of cooked rice
shrimp 2 - 2/12 lbs.

Directions:
Directions:
On low fire melt butter, add green onions, onion and gaarlic, saute until wilted. Add shrimp, saute until real pink. Add can of cream of mushroom soup, when melted add velveeta cheese, after melted add salt, red pepper and black pepper to taste. Add cooked rice (enough to absorb moisture). Remove, serve and enjoy!
