1 1/2 lbs. ground meat
Jiffy cornbread mix (2 boxes)
1 can white cream style corn
1 can rotel tomatoes
1 envelope taco seasoning
1 bag grated cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground meat, drain, add taco seasoning, rotel tomatoes and cream style corn. Cook until the rotel tomatoes cook. Spread in baking pan or glass pan. Sprinkle cheese over ground meat. Prepare corn bread mix and add a little extra milk and spread over cheese and meat mixture. Bake until brown, cool and cut.
