Ingredients:
1 sticks (3/4 cup) butter (softened)
3 ounces cream cheese (softened)
1 cup sugar
3 large eggs
teaspoon vanilla
1 cup flour
tsp. baking powder
tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350. Cream butter, cream cheese and sugar in bowl until light and fluffy (about 4 min). Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each. Add vanilla, beat. Add flour, baking powder and salt. Beat until mixed. Transfer batter to greased 9" x 5" loaf pan. Bake until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean (50-60 min). Cool cake in pan 10 minutes, remove and cool. Alternately, I use 4 smaller loaf pans instead of one big one and cook approximately 30 minutes (though this may vary with your oven).
