Buy LOIN, thin cut pork chops with bone in.
Bread in Progresso Italian Bread Crumbs.

Directions:
Directions:
- Using frying pan, brown chops in olive oil or butter on both sides until golden brown.
- Once browned, arrange chops so bones are in center of fry pan.
- Add cup water to pan, cover and bake at 300 45-50 minutes.
