1 1/2 cups sliced strawberries
3/4 cup sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp almond extract
2 cups whipping cream
1 cup flaked coconut
1 oz. can crushed pineapple
1 cup softened vanilla ice cream

Directions:
Directions:
Beat strawberries and sugar, salt and almond extract with mixer at high speed till fluffy. Stir in ice cream, coconut, and pineapple Chill while whipping cream. Fold strawberry mixture into whipped cream. Freeze until firm. Soften slightly before serving.
