3/4 to 1 cup applesauce
1 (4.12oz) ground cinnamon
Holiday cookie cutters.

Directions:
Directions:
Mix applesauce and cinnamon to form a stiff dough. Roll out to 1/4 inch thickness. Cut with cookie cutters. Make a hole for inserting ribbon later after drying. Carefully put on a rack to dry. Let air dry for several days, turning occasionally. Makes 12 sweet smelling ornaments.
