1 pt whipping cream
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 egg yolk
1 cup crushed pineapple
pinch salt
1 egg white
coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Mix butter, egg yolk, pineapple, sugar and salt. Spread filling on vanilla wafers till 3 or 4 inches high. Whip cream and egg whites and combine. Spread around vanilla wafers and mixture. Pat coconut all around each ball. Let st and 24 hours in fridge.
