1/3 c. canola oil
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 scant c. sugar
zest of 1 small orange
1/4 c. orange juice
3 c. flour
11/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 bag of chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Combine oil, egg, vanilla, sugar, orange juice and orange zest in a large mixing bowl. Add flour and baking powder until fully incorporated. Fold in chocolate chips.

Shape dough into roll approximately 3-4 inches wide and 1 1/2 inches thick. Sprinkle top with a tiny bit of sugar.

Bake at 350 for 20 minutes on a greased cookie sheet or until a toothpick comes out clean.

Slice into 1" biscotti type cookies.
