2 or 3 whole chicken breasts (skinless, boneless, and split in half)
1 cup chicken broth

Directions:
Directions:
Place chicken breasts in shallow baking dish. Add chicken broth. Bake at 350 uncovered for 30 minutes, turning once. Cool in broth, then dice up for whatever your use is!
