4 (4 oz.) orange roughy/flounder/grouper/sole/tilapia fillets
cup (3 oz.) shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
cup marinara sauce
1 tsp. dried Italian seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
Place fillets in an 11x7x1 baking dish coated w/cooking spray. Top fillets evenly w/marinara sauce. Arrange cheese evenly over sauce. Sprinkle evenly w/Italian seasoning.

Bake, uncovered, at 400 for 15 min. or until fish flakes easily when tested w/a fork. (Do not broil this recipe or cheese will become tough.)
