2 TBS light brown sugar
1-1/2 TBS dry mustard
4 TBS vegetable oil
(Can add sea salt if desired)

Directions:
Directions:
Fire up grill. Place salmon (to serve 4) on tin foil and cover fish with salmon rub. Grill to desired doneness, 12-15 minutes.
