3 large sweet potatoes, each cut into 8 long wedges
3 T extra virgin olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
scant 1/8 t red pepper
2 T molasses

Directions:
Directions:
Toss sweet potato wedges with mixture of remaining ingredients and place on a large baking sheet. In preheated 375 oven bake until easily pierced by a fork, approximately 20 - 25 minutes.
