3 skinless Boneless Chicken Breast
2-3 pieces of Celery
I onion
1 Can Crushed pineapple drained
3 Tbsp. Sweet Pickle relish
1/2 cup Mayonnaise or salad dressing
Salt & Pepper (Fresh ground pepper is best)

Directions:
Directions:
Cook chicken until done, cool and then take the chicken and grind it in a food mill with the celery and onion. The add the rest of the ingredients to taste. Add more mayonnaise if needed.
