1 1/2 c. cracker crumbs
1/2 tsp. each pepper and salt combined
4 skinless chicken breasts
1 c. cheddar cheese
1 1/2 c. tomato sauce or salsa(optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Roll chicken in cracker crumb/salt & pepper combination. Place in baking pan and sprinkle top with cheese. Bake for 35 min. at 350. Add salsa or tomato sauce after 20 min. if desired and continue to bake for 15 min.
