4 cups crumbled day old bread or
biscuits
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/2 tsp nutmeg
3/4 tsp ground cinnamon
1 cup flaked coconut
1 - 20 oz can crushed pineapple in juice
1 cup raisins - seedless
1/2 cup evaporated milk
2 eggs
2 to 4 Tbsp melted margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375F.
Combine all ingredients and pour in to well greased baking dish. Bake 1 hour or until knife inserted in pudding comes out clear.
