1 c. warm water
1 pack of dry yeast (comes in three section pack)
2 c. flour
1 T. honey
1 T cooking oil
salt (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Using a mixing bowl pour warm water in bowl then add yeast. Stir until yeast is dissolved. Add rest of ingredients. Knead for several minutes. Sit in a warm place cover with a cloth. When dough raises double or close to it roll out on table with a rolling pin to fit pizza pan or spread on pan with fingers. Better yet if you can toss it like at the pizza shop does go ahead. Grease pan. Pour pizza sauce or mix your own from tomato sauce. Add cheese or your favorites. Bake at 425 for 15 minutes or until brown along the edges.
