1 lbs ground round
1 egg
1 cup Progresso Italian bread crumbs
1 small onion (about cup) chopped
1 TBS Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp salt
tsp pepper
1 tsp dry mustard
1 clove garlic, minced

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients. Spread in ungreased 9x5x3 loaf pan, mashing down with fork. Spread 1 cup unsweetened applesauce over top. Cook uncovered in 350 preheated oven until done, about 1 1/2 hours.
