Bake a pan of cornbread using white cornmeal. Cook a cup of rice,drain. Mix these two together using only the inside of the cornbread (crumble it with your fingers.) Set aside. Fry in a little oil:celery,greenonions,green bell pepper,parsley. When these are slightly tender add the rice/cornbread mixture. You may add the giblets which have been simmering in water to cover. Chop them fine. Stuff turkey cavities. Bake extra in a casserole dish. Afetr dinner be sure to spoon out all the dressing from the turkey, fore and aft, and refrigerate separately.
