5 tbsp rice wine vinegar
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp creamy peanut butter
2 tsp brown sugar
tsp hot chile paste
1 tsp fresh grated ginger
tsp fresh tarragon
1/8 tsp kosher salt (or coarse salt)
1/8 tsp dry mustard
1 tbsp tsp sesame oil
