Sift together:
One cup flour, 1/2 tsp. salt, 3 Tbsp. sugar

Mix together and add:
2 beaten eggs, 1 and 1/2 c. milk,3 T. melted butter

Aleways pour liquid into flour ! Beat all ungredients together with a wisk....just enough to blend.

Fill ladle 3/4 full and pour onto hot ungrased large skillet...tilt and let spread. Turn almost at once. Sprinkle with XXXX sugar or spread with jam,roll up and eat !
