2 lb ground extra lean ground beef
1 cup long grain rice
1 medium onion, finely diced
1/2 cup of Heinz 57 sauce
1-26 oz can tomato soup plus 1 can of water
1-15 oz can tomato soup plus 1 can of water
1 egg
2 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In a large mixing bowl, mix the ground beef, rice, chopped onion, Heinz 57 sauce, egg, salt, and pepper by rolling the mixture together by hand. Pour the cans of tomato soup and water into a stock pot. Roll your meat mixture into small - medium sized meatballs and place them in the stock pot. Bring soup and meatballs to a boil then reduce to a simmer, stirring occasionally. Cook for about fifty minutes.
