2 cups Buttermilk
Dash of red hot pepper sauce
2 cakes of firm or extra - firm tofu; drained and sliced into inch slices

Flour, salt and pepa, sage and paprika for dredge.

Directions:
Directions:
1. Arrange tofu slices in baking dishes in a single layer.

2. Combine buttermilk and hot red pepper sauce. Pour over tofu slices and refridgerate 4 hours - overnight.

3. Dredge in flour and spices and deep fry on med high heat 15 - 20 minutes, flipping carefully once.

4. Drain briefly on paper towels and serve hot.
