4 tbsp oil
5 to 5 1/2 c flour
2 c warm water
2 Tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt

Directions:
Stir yeast into warm water. Let sit 5 minutes, until foamy. In a large bowl combine eggs, sugar, oil and salt. Add yeast mixture. Using a wire whisk, whisk until it foams. Add 3 cups of flour with an electric mixer until all liquid is absorbed. This stimulates the gluten in the flour so your dough will rise well and when baked will be a light dough. Work remaining flour in gently with hands until dough is soft and smooth, not sticky. Divide into 4 sections. Brush with oil and turn to coat all sides. Cover and let rise until doubled in bulk. Test by sticking finger in dough. If imprint rises back up, dough is ready. Oil finger and spread dough in pizza pans. yield 4 (12 inch) pizzas
