4 cups spaghetti sauce
9 extra wide noodles (cooked per pkg instructions)
2 cups cottage cheese or ricotta cheese
1 Tbsp parsley
1 1/2 tsp dried oregano
2 cups shredded mozzarella (at least)
1/4 cup parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cottage cheese or ricotta cheese, parsley, oregano and parmesan cheese. Set aside. Spread 1 cup sauce in 13 x 9 pan. Top with 3 noodles,
spread 1 cup cheese mixture over noodles, spread with 1 cup sauce. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over.
Repeat with 3 noodles, 1 cup cheese mixture, 1 cup sauce & mozzarella cheese. Top with remaining 3 noodles and 1 cup sauce. Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella cheese and some parmesan cheese. Cover and bake 30 min @ 350 (if frozen about 1 hour) Uncover and bake 15 mins longer, until hot and bubbly. Let stand 15 minutes before cutting.
