1-3/4 cup flour
2 cups sugar
3/4 cup Hershey Cocoa
2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 large eggs
1 cup strong, black coffee
1 cup buttermilk
1/2 cup canola oil
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, sugar, cocoa,soda, baking powder, salt in large mixer bowl.
Add eggs,coffee, buttermilk, oil and vanilla and beat for 3 minutes.
(Batter will be thin)
Pour batter into greased 13x9x2" pan or 2 9" layer pans.
Bake in 350 degree oven for 35 minutes or until top springs back when lightly touched and cake pulls away slightly from sides of pan.
Frost with your favorite chocolate frosting.
