1 cup chopped dates
1 cup chopped nuts
scant 1/2 cup sugar
2 egg yokes (beaten)
1 tablespoon flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 egg whites beaten until stiff (fold in last)

Directions:
Directions:
mix egg yokes and sugar
add baking powder to flour mix into egg and sugar mixture, add dates and nuts... fold in stiff egg whites last.. bake in a 8 inch squar greased and floured baking dish,,, bake for 350 for 20 minutes
serve with cool whip
