1 yellow cake mix
4 eggs
3/4 c oil
1 can mandarin oranges, with juice

FROSTING:
1 - 12 oz and 1 - 6 oz carton Cool Whip
1 - 3 oz. pkg vanilla instant pudding
1/4 c sugar
1 - 20 oz. can crushed pineapple

Directions:
Directions:
Bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes in 2 or 3 layer pans. Split when cool. Make topping while cake is baking and put in refrigerator for 2 hours or til set up. When cake is cool frost with frosting. Keep refrigerated.
