4 c apples, peeled and diced (Jonathan is good)
2 eggs
2 c sugar
1 c oil
1/4 c milk
2 tsp vanilla
3 c flour
1 tsp soda
1/4 tsp salt
1 c nuts, chopped
1 tsp cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs, add oil, sugar, milk and vanilla. Mix well. Sift together flour, soda, salt and cinnamon and mix with other ingredients. Add apples and nuts. Mix well. Bake in a 9x13" pan at 350 for 45 minutes or until done in center. Partially cool; spread with glaze of butter, powdered sugar, milk, allspice, cinnamon & nutmeg.
